Standards required of every partner in the network
Vehicles compliant with DM 553/1987
Type A and Type B ambulances regularly certified, with equipment compliant with national regulations and constant maintenance.
Qualified and certified staff
Rescuers with at least 120 hours of training, qualified nurses, doctors available on request. Annual BLSD refreshers.
Comprehensive insurance coverage
Professional liability and vehicle insurance with adequate limits to fully protect the patient and family.
Sanitisation and hygiene protocols
Vehicle sanitisation after every service, COVID and respiratory infection protocols always active.
Tracking and operations centre
GPS on vehicles, constant communication with the operations centre, real-time updates to the family.
